By accessing or using the services provided by Big Samo Logistics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Big Samo Logistics provides delivery and logistics services including, but not limited to, catering delivery, shared kitchen routes, SMB delivery, retainer partnerships, and fleet advertising within the Chicago and Chicagoland area.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Ensure items are properly packaged and ready at scheduled pickup times
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not request delivery of prohibited or illegal items
- Provide safe and accessible pickup/delivery locations
Liability and Insurance
Big Samo Logistics maintains commercial liability insurance for delivery operations. Our liability for any damage or loss is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $500, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials
- Weapons or explosives
- Live animals
- Items requiring special permits we do not possess
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Big Samo Logistics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Samo Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
